DEPARTMENT OF QUALIFICATION’S INCREASING
FACULTY OF QUALIFICATION IMPROVEMENT
AND STAFF REFRESHMENT
Faculty of Qualification Improvement and Staff Refreshment provides professional knowledge in the following fields of Physical Education and Sport:
- Physical culture and sport;
- Pedagogics and psychology;
- Pedagogics and methodology of pre-school education: physical education of pre-school children;
- Principles of personal and social safety;
- Social and cultural service and tourism;
- Public relations;
- Management of organization;
- Sport dancing;
- Sport stage direction.
The main area of development of additional education at the University during the period till 2014 is provision of qualified personnel for the XXII Winter Olympic Games in Sochi.
Attendants of the faculty have the opportunity to get a diploma in a chosen sport through professional refreshment. Senior undergraduates can get an additional education along with their main courses (university education).
Professors and associate professors, outstanding coaches and lectures work at the Faculty of Qualification Improvement and Staff Refreshment. They teach both Russian and English languages.
